Facial Reflexology

I am a qualified practitioner in Advanced Facial Reflexology having been trained by the super-talented Ziggie Bergman at the London School of Reflexology.  As well as being amazingly relaxing, comforting and stress-busting, Advanced Facial Reflexology delivers some unique therapeutic benefits. Advanced Facial Reflexology aims to help your body function at its optimal level for self-healing, with the added bonus of the emotional lift of leaving the treatment room with a firmer, more radiant complexion. Advanced Facial Reflexology can support clients with migraines, bruxism, bells palsy, sinus congestion, insomnia and anxiety, and this gentle treatment also helps to release tension and emotions held in the face.

I use Zone Face Lift products for my Advanced Facial Reflexology treatments.  Inspired by Native American shamans and healers in New Mexico, these plant-based products are handmade using certified organic ingredients that harness the magical properties of sacred plants to renew the skin.  Your treatment will begin with a hot towel cleanse using a Rose & Geranium foaming facial cleanser, which is then followed by a spritz of Magical Mist, an aura spray and facial toner of organic Rose Petals infused with Sweet Grass to attract positive energy.  The facial reflexology treatment then follows using an Amethyst Crystal-Infused Serum Elixir which hydrates your skin and has been shown to reduce fine lines and help you look radiant.
