Treatments & Pricing

I offer traditional reflexology on the feet, hands and face, as well as reflexology lymph drainage, which can be combined to create the perfect treatment for you according to your preferences.  Have a read through the descriptions below and on the frequently asked questions page and contact me if you wish to discuss further.

 

Treatments are carried out in my private therapy room in Bromley North and you will find current clinic hours listed below.  I am also able to offer mobile treatments on request at an additional fee of £5 per treatment to cover my travel time and petrol costs.  Areas covered include Bromley, Beckenham, Chislehurst, Petts Wood, Hayes, West Wickham, Keston and Biggin Hill.  Workplace wellness sessions are also available.  Please contact me for corporate rates.

Terms & Conditions

 

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Being a full member of the AoR demonstrates that I have a nationally recognised Diploma in Reflexology.

 

As an AoR member:

 

  • I am bound by the AoR Code of Practice and Ethics. 

  • I follow the AoR Good Practice Policy and hygiene guidance to ensure client safety. 

  • I will always be adequately insured for medical malpractice /professional indemnity requirements. The industry standard is in excess of £5 million cover.

  • I comply with the AoR Continuing Professional Development requirements which ensures my practice is kept up to date.

  • I am compliant with GDPR data protection, please see my separate Privacy policy. Your information will remain confidential at all times.

  • As a professional and highly qualified reflexologist with MAR status, I will provide you with the appropriate bespoke treatment and support.

 

1. Appointments 

 

I have health requests of my clients as follows:

 

  • If you have a cough, a fever or loss of taste and smell or have been in touch with anyone with these symptoms please contact me as we may need to postpone your appointment.

  • In return I will apply these high standards to myself. Should I feel unwell, unable to treat or it is inadvisable for me to treat, I will explain the situation to you as soon as possible before your treatment.

 

2. Fees

 

Fees are payable in full at the time of treatment.

3. Cancellation policy:

I completely understand that plans sometimes change. If you are unable to make an appointment, I request that you give me a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to allow me the option to re-book the time slot with someone on my waiting list.  Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a fair-use fee of 50% of the cost of the treatment.  This fee will be required to be settled prior to the confirmation of any future bookings.  No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.  If a cancelled treatment is part of a block package of treatments, one full treatment will be deducted from your block for every cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice.  As a small business, I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
