Welcome to Victoria Legg Holistic Reflexology. I am a fully qualified therapist offering reflexology from my private treatment room close to the high street in Bromley, Kent, as well as offering mobile and workplace wellness services. I offer traditional reflexology on the feet, as well as Advanced Facial Reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage and Indian Head Massage, all of which can be combined to create the perfect treatment for you according to your preferences.

Mobile treatments are offered within a 5 mile radius of Bromley on request. Areas covered include Bromley, Beckenham, Chislehurst, Bickley, Petts Wood, West Wickham, Hayes, Keston and Biggin Hill.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is an holistic and nurturing touch therapy that rebalances stressed areas of the body, bringing about a state of wellbeing that helps stimulate the body's own healing process to relax, revitalise and reset. Reflexology may help minimise the symptoms of a number of issues, such as the effects of stress, hormonal changes, muscular aches and pains, lack of energy, sleep disorders, migraines, headaches, anxiety, menopause, back pain, skin issues, IBS and Crohn's. It can also support the body before, during and after pregnancy.

I offer traditional reflexology treatments as well as being an approved Reflexology Lymph Drainage practitioner (RLD). RLD is a ground-breaking and multi-award-winning technique that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes and was originally researched and developed to help reduce lymphoedema in clients after treatment for breast cancer. Clinical experience now suggests it may be useful for clients with non-cancer related auto immune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Crohn’s disease, IBS, eczema, allergies, asthma, ME, sinus problems, muscular tension, PMS, migraine, lipoedema and post-operative recovery.

I am also a practitioner in the Bergman Method Advanced Facial Reflexology. Facial Reflexology aims to help your body function at its optimal level for self-healing, with the added bonus of leaving the treatment room with a firmer, more radiant complexion, and can support clients with migraines, bruxism, bells palsy, sinus congestion, insomnia & anxiety.
